Sticky chicken my way 

I have decided it’s time to record all the stuff that I’m trying, good or bad . 


 50g Tomato paste 

1 clove crushed garlic

125 ml runny Honey

60 ml dark Soy sauce

60ml Port or sherry 

 5ml Smoked paprika 

Salt And Pepper to taste 

Dash of garlic infused olive oil 

30 ml roasted sesame seeds for garnish 

Bring it all to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, but not the sesame seeds. if to thick add a dash of white wine or water  if to thick

Braai chicken or ribs Remove from fire toss in sauce and return to the fire until  chard and lekker 

sticky sause
